9.1 Personal data
The "Hydria" ceramic art workshop is the creator and owner of the trademark and the online shop www.ceramic.gr.
a) The smooth handling of your orders
b) To evaluate the quality of services provided to our customers
c) The protection and credibility of these transactions
d) The effective and direct communication between us (customer-store).
As a user you voluntarily provide details and consent to and accept the impending disclosure and processing of such personal information, solely by employees of the company, and only within a smooth, easy and fair manner and secure transaction handling.
9.2 TYPES OF DATA
Visitors to www.ceramic.gr do not need to disclose their identity unless
they want to.
Personal data is required only when:(a) ordering an item; b) register as a member of our site and / or
(c) sending an email
We maintain the following types of user data:
1) information that the user provides when registering as a customer,
2) information provided by the user in order to process his/her order, and
3) Information provided by the user by participating in competitions and other promotional activities that take place from time to time.
In addition, you may be asked for information such as shipping or delivery information, pricing information, or details of the quote you might have requested. Explicitly excluded, and our customers will never be asked for, are credit/debit card information and bank details. We use the information you provide to contact you about:
(a) the correct delivery of your order;
b) to confirm and identify the client when needed
c) informing you of new or alternative products or special offers from our collection
(d) the receipt of prizes when someone wins a competition. You can choose whether or not you wish to receive such updates from www.ceramic.gr by sending your inquiry by e-mail to email@example.com.
9.3 ACCESS / AMEND / DELETE DATA
The user/member/customer is entitled
(a) to access
(b) modify or/and
(c) delete his personal data held at www.ceramic.gr. For your own safety, you will be asked to confirm that the person making the changes is in fact the same person as the user by confirming the password. By providing the password, you enter our page as a member where there will be available options to amend or delete all information. The details of our users (name, profession, e-mail, home address, etc.) and the transactions via our e-shop are considered confidential and the store is responsible for their protection.
