Cancellations & Returns
The online store www.ceramic.gr constantly provides you with a special collection of items at the best possible prices. The ordering process for either registered members or visitors is simple and consists of the following two (2) steps: i) Placement of Order ii) Order Delivery. Registered members can receive more detailed information regarding stages of their order, by logging into their account. Although we do our best to accurately display and update stock availability of our items, as shown on www.ceramic.gr, there is a possibility that a product may not be available within the promised time of delivery or, more rarely, may finally not be available at all. In this case, you will receive updates via email to the submitted address.
5.2 PLACING AN ORDER
5.3 DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
On the day we hand over your order items to the courier partner (in special cases to the carrier) you will receive an automated message informing you of: a) the day and time of departure b) the unique tracking number of the order and c ) the corresponding link, where entering the code you can track the shipment. In case of the delivery via DPD®, you will be notified three (3) days later, as the tracking details change, as soon as the parcel has been handed over to the third party that works with DPD® in Greece.
5.4 ORDER CANCELLATIONS / RETURNS
The customer is entitled to unreasonable cancellation within 14 calendar days
of the receipt of the order items, in accordance with Law 2251/1994. If this is the
case, the customer must send an e-mail to the provided address to inform us
accordingly. The product(s) must be returned in their original condition and
packaging. The customer only is liable for the cost of returning the product.
5.4.2 RETURNS OF ORDERED ITEMS
www.ceramic.gr takes all possible precautions to ensure that the products are packed properly and carefully in order to be delivered to you without any damage. All of our products are fragile and/or sensitive. By purchasing from www.ceramic.gr, you are insured for any damage to some or all of the products you have ordered. In case of damage the following applies: At ceramic.gr we take all the necessary measures for safe transportation and storage. If within 14 days of receiving your order from the carrier, you find that a product or part of it has been damaged, please send an email (including a photograph of the damaged product) to email@example.com to describe and inform us about the problem and to let us us which of the following actions you prefer:
b) Refund the value of the damaged product(s) to your card.
The above mentioned 14 day policy starts counting from the day your shipment was received.
